Which product do I use first?
Start with the Facial Gel on clean skin. It is your treatment step. In the morning follow it with the Day Moisturiser. In the evening follow it with the Night Moisturiser. The three products are designed to work together as a complete routine.
Does it contain real snake venom?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When will I see results?
Hydration and a smoother texture can feel almost immediate. For the visible softening of expression lines, give the routine consistent use over four to eight weeks. Results build the longer you use it.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
The Facial Gel and Day Moisturiser use gentle actives that are suitable for most skin types. The Night Moisturiser contains Retinol, so if you are new to retinol or have sensitive skin, start by using it two to three nights a week and patch test first.
Is the range cruelty-free?
Yes. None of the Snake Serum range is tested on animals.
Can I use it alongside other skincare products?
Yes. Apply the Facial Gel first on clean skin, then layer your Day or Night Moisturiser on top. Avoid combining the Night Moisturiser with other high-strength retinol or exfoliating products to prevent irritation.
How long does each product last?
The Facial Gel (30ml) lasts approximately six to eight weeks with daily use. Both the Day and Night Moisturisers (50ml) last approximately eight to ten weeks with daily use.
